Study on CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots using water molecule

Abstract

CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) have been reported outstanding optical properties such as broad absorption, narrow emission spectrum as well as high absolute photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY). Despite its superior properties, CsPbBr3 PQDs are known to degrade and show a fast loss of emission intensity under ambient conditions. Contrary to general observation, a few reports on perovskite solar cells reported improved crystallization and stability by using water. In this work, we have found that appropriate amount of water makes improved PLQY and stable CsPbBr3 PQDs.

물을 첨가한 페로브스카이트 양자점의 특성 연구

초록

페로브스카이트 양자점에 물을 첨가하여 절대양자효율과 안정성이 향상되는 현상에 대해 연구를 수행하였다. 수분에 의해 특성이 저하되는 페로브스카이트 양자점의 일반적인 성질과 다르게 절대양자효율과 안정성이 향상되는 원인을 여러 가지 분석장비를 활용해 분석하였다. 물을 첨가했을 때 결정성이 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.
